Work With Us
We’re looking for experienced CEOs and Operational Heads to take up short-term and long-term assignments in the companies we invest in, including mentoring other employees. Currently, we’re particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in software as a service (SaaS), agriculture/food security or manufacturing.
Industry CEOs
You have over 30 years of executive management experience, at least 10 of which have been spent as the CEO of a medium to large business. You are passionate about turning around businesses and have a demonstrable track record of getting results whilst also having the ability to inspire and enthuse your team. You have led businesses across a variety of industries and are able to apply your general management expertise to develop new solutions for old problems, leaving every business you have led better than when you found it.
Operational Heads
You have over 25 years of operational management experience in a process intensive industry, at least 7 of which was spent leading an operational division of a medium to large business. You can translate strategic objectives into operational results, combining attention to detail with an ability to see the big picture. You are passionate about your work and have a demonstrable track record in effectively managing and motivating teams, always looking for better ways of doing things and never accepting sub-optimal outcomes.

Business RecoveryYou have a over 15 years of experience leading successful, high impact business recovery interventions in medium to large organisations. You measure your success by the results achieved and are happy to be remunerated accordingly.
Process Re-engineeringYou have a over 15 years of experience leading business process re-engineering interventions in medium to large, process heavy organisations.
Business Development & CRMYou have a strong network of deep, private and/or public sector relationships in 1 or more African countries which you have successfully leveraged for your clients resulting in a demonstrable track record of successful deal-making.
